Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
The customer is required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200 for each person named in the reservation. By making payment of this deposit or full payment, you (the customer) are accepting The ReWilding Experience ‘Wild Women’s Bush Camp’ Terms and Conditions.
The balance due shall be paid by the customer to The ReWilding Experience not less than 4 weeks before the date of the Retreat/Camp.
Bookings within the last 4 weeks before the start of event, must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
If the due date does not receive payment of either the deposit or the balance, The ReWilding Experience reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
In the event of cancellation by you, the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees apply:
- Cancellation 3 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
- Cancellation 3 to 6 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund not including the $200 deposit
- Cancellation 6 to 9 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund not including the $200 deposit
- Cancellation more than 9 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund not including the $200 deposit.
We reserve the right to change or cancel scheduled retreats and shall inform you as soon as possible. You (the customer) may transfer your full payment to another retreat/camp date within a 12 month period, pending availability or receive a full refund. We do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including travel bookings, accommodation or airfares. We reserve the right to change the Retreat/Camp location due to unforeseen issues. If any essential information changes, you (the customer) will be informed as soon as possible.
